BUMP TO BABY - STRENGTH & CORE CLASS

The Strong mama's exercise class has been specifically adapted for Pre and Postnatal women. These classes are efficient & dynamic, focussing on building muscle during pregnancy or re-building muscles in the postnatal period.This class is suitable for mums either starting their strength journey during pregnancy or returning to a strength routine in the postnatal period.Keeping active can help you to feel more energised, and help you to feel like you can keep up with the demands of motherhood.

The best things is that childcare is taken care of because your baby can come along too.
